PRODUCTION
* Processing takes 3-5 working days
PAYMENT POLICY
* Payment validates order.
* Payment can be done via transfer and upload of proof of payment. A receipt will be shared once payment is received.
SHIPPING POLICY
* Delivery within Lagos takes 1-2days
* Delivery outside Lagos 3-5 working days
* Delivery outside Nigeria is via DHL or FedEx with timeline of 5-12 working days
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
* Exchange within Lagos is 3 business days from when item is received
* Exchange outside Lagos is 4 business days from when item is received
* Exchange outside Nigeria is 10 business days from when item is received
* Customer is responsible for sending items back
* For exchange items, customer is required to pay for delivery fee if necessary
* If item is sold out, a full refund will be made minus delivery fee
* Items bought on sale is not legible for refund
